English PboViewer - A crossplatform PBO tool to pack and unpack PBO

Hello,

I'm here to present a new tool to create PBOs and also to extract them (it is not to protect PBOs, nor to see PBOs protected).
The particularity of this tool is that it is cross-platform. Yes, it works on Windows, Mac, and Linux (Debian and Ubuntu are supported, for other binaries contact me).

The tool is very basic and I have ideas on how to improve it. You have access to a GUI and CLI version (very handy if you are in SSH).
Moreover, you don't have any dependency to install, everything is contained in the folder.
