English Solved Can the Police send a message to all players on the server?

Hello dear The Programmer Forum,

I want to add the possibility for the police o make a Roundmassege to all people on the server. This should help to inform the Civilians in case of big emergency or something like that.
Dose someone have done something like this or dose know where to start to look to make something like this?
